Safety Superintendent (Precasting)

Job description

Safety Superintendent is responsible for leading and managing the overall HSE performance across site and production operations, ensuring a proactive and compliant safety culture. The role involves planning, implementing and supervising HSE strategies, policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain adherence to regulatory and project requirements. The superintendent oversees safety management for reinforcement fabrication lines, casting beds, steam curing processes, heavy lifting operations and storage yard logistics, ensuring effective hazard identification and control across all production shifts.

Additionally, the role includes conducting audits and inspections, guiding safety teams, coordinating with operations and management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to prevent incidents and ensure safe, efficient operations throughout the project lifecycle.
