Job description

The Planning Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules. This individual will coordinate with various departments to track progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement recovery plans to keep projects on track and within budget.The Senior Planning & Project Scheduler is the strategic architect of project timelines. This role is not merely about data entry; it is about the sophisticated orchestration of time, resources, and logic.

The Senior Scheduler serves as the primary analytical engine behind the project management office (PMO), transforming complex scope statements into executable, time-phased plans. By identifying the Critical Path, predicting bottlenecks before they manifest, and providing data-driven foresight, the Scheduler ensures that multi-million dollar initiatives remain financially viable and operationally sound.
