ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role) The Engineer – MEP Execution (Electrical) is responsible for on-site execution and monitoring of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, ELV and fire alarm systems. The role ensures adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Financial / Functional Perspective ? Reduce rework and material wastage ? Support cost control through efficient execution ? Assist in budget adherence ? Improve productivity through proper planning Customer Perspective ? Deliver quality electrical installations ? Support timely testing and commissioning ? Coordinate with consultants and contractors ? Enhance customer satisfaction through defect-free execution Internal Process Perspective ?

Execute power, lighting, ELV and fire alarm systems as per drawings ? Supervise contractors and monitor daily progress ? Ensure compliance with specifications and safety norms ? Coordinate with mechanical and civil teams ? Prepare daily progress and inspection reports ? Assist in testing, commissioning and handover activities Learning & Growth / Developmental Perspective ? Develop technical knowledge in electrical systems ?

Learn execution planning and site coordination ? Participate in training and best practice initiatives ?

Minimum Qualifications

Electrical Engineering (Degree/Diploma) Language Skills English National (Preferred) Regional (Desirable)

EXPERIENCE

Years of Experience 3–7 years in mechanical MEP execution Nature of Experience Experience in power distribution, lighting, ELV and fire alarm system installation, site supervision and coordination.
