Planning Engineer

Job description

Proficient in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 and MS Project, with extensive experience in developing baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource loading, and project execution plans for large-scale infrastructure projects. Skilled in monitoring project progress, tracking key milestones, preparing look-ahead schedules, and analyzing variances between planned and actual performance.

Experienced in delay analysis, critical path identification, productivity assessment, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to maintain project timelines. Capable of coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. Adept at preparing MIS reports, progress dashboards, recovery schedules, and management presentations to support informed decision-making and effective project control throughout the project lifecycle.
