KeyResponsibilitiesProductDevelopment & ProgramExecutionOverseecompleteproductlifecyclefromconcept, design,prototyping,validation, and PPAP toproductionlaunch.Ensureengineeringdeliverablesmeetquality,cost, andtiming(QCT)targetswith‚FirstTimeRight‘.InterfacewithOEMcustomersfortechnicaldiscussions, designapprovals, andissueresolution.Collaboratecloselywithmanufacturing,purchasing, andqualityteamstoensuremanufacturabilityandcostoptimization.

Ensureadherence toindustrystandardsandcertifications

ISO 26262 (FunctionalSafety), ASPICE, and OEM-specificrequirements.Leadproblem-solvinginitiativesusingstructuredtoolssuch as 8D,5-Why, androotcauseanalysis.EngineeringStrategy&CollaborationDefineandexecutetheprojecttimelinesinaccordancewithmarket, business andcustomerrequirements.FunctionallyLeadmultidisciplinaryengineeringteams(mechanical,electrical, software,systems,validation,manufacturingengineering,etc.)to meetcustomermilestonesActas aliasonbetweencustomersandengineeringteamsand supporttheengineeringteamsinunderstandingtheOEMtechnicalDriveprocessstandardizationandcontinuousimprovementacrossallengineeringactivities.InterfacewithSupplyChain,Purchasing, Controlling andManufacturingTeams as per ProjectneedsSupportnewbusiness developmentthroughtechnicalproposals,costestimation, andfeasibilitystudies(e.g.,electrification, ADAS,connectivityetc.).Developandmanageengineeringbudgets,resources, andtimelines.Team Development & LeadershipBuild anddevelopahigh-performanceprogram managementorganizationwithclearrolesandcompetencies.Mentorprogrammanagers,fosteringacollaborativeandaccountableculture.Manageengineeringbudgets,resourceallocation, andcapabilitydevelopment.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Technology (BTech)
