• ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)Deliver steel design calculations and drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and constructability.

SECTION III

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIESPerform steel member and connection design.Develop design reports and review drawings.Coordinate with detailing/fabrication teams.Support design optimization for economy.Assist in technical discussions with clients.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEKNOWLEDGEMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master’s in Structural Engineering (preferred)Language SkillsFluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred)EXPERIENCEYears of Experience6–10 years in structural steel design.Nature ofIndustrialized construction system design, parametric modeling, team leadership.
