Job description

Quality Assurance (QA) FunctionsImplement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).

Prepare, review, and approve

Quality plans (QAP)Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)Method StatementsWork procedures as per ISO standardsEnsure compliance with: Contract specificationsIS codes / ASTM / relevant standardsClient and consultant requirementsConduct internal quality audits and ensure closure of non-conformities.Monitor vendor & subcontractor quality systems and approvalsQuality Control (QC) Functionssupervise and carry out inspection and testingof materials and works: Concrete works (batching, pouring, curing)Rock excavation, slope stabilization, tunnelingDam structures, waterways, surge shafts, power houseReinforcement and shuttering checksEnsure testing of materials like: Cement, aggregates, steel, water, admixturesVerify and maintain: Field test reportsCube testing, soil testing, NDT reportsCoordinate with laboratories (site & third-party labs).
