Job description

Responsible for organizing & managing all resources and field activities of Data Centre to achieve an efficient and economic completion of the contract, within the agreed time and cost, whilst paying due regard to safety and meeting Product Quality requirements. ? You will be responsible to plan resources, prepare Cost estimates, discuss and agree upon during Kick-off meeting. ? You will be responsible to obtain approval for cost estimates & Resources from appropriate level of management. ?

You will be responsible review & approve and report Job cost report, MIS & Management performance reports to appropriate level of management. ? You will be responsible for identification of Front-line Supervisors. ? You will be responsible for Liaison with customer, statutory and regulatory authorities. ? You will negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers to ensure the cost-effective provision of services to the site. ?

You will be responsible for approval of purchase requisition, work orders and purchase orders at site or obtaining approval from higher ups as per organization guidelines. ? You will develop effective working relationships with all employees and develop them to ensure the maintenance of harmonious employee relations within the site. ? You will be responsible to ensure that the project site is operating as per the bylaws of the local government and authorities. ?

You will be responsible for Implementing and establishing the QMS based on ISO and to perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE)
