Job description

Capability Architecture Design role-based learning pathways and workforce-development frameworks. Develop proficiency models, competency structures, and role-readiness standards. Create scalable onboarding and assimilation programs. Work closely with organizational-development partners supporting Learn from an Expert and new-hire assimilation initiatives. Develop certification frameworks, measurement approaches, and evidence standards.

Support capability maturity assessments and readiness planning. 5+ years of experience in program management, capability development, learning strategy, workforce readiness, organizational development, or operations. Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into scalable solutions. Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering capabilities. Experience developing frameworks, standards, methodologies, or capability models.

Excellent analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills. Experience in global organizations and cross-functional environments preferred. Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
