Job description

Responsible for both strategic and tactical management of Finished Goods delivery from end to end

• Define and monitor supplier performance indexes Review/approve expedite fees in support of delivery requirements Be the single point of contact for escalation point for delivery issues/ misses
• Lead cross-functional teams / manage task force activities in support of critical supplier recovery and support plans
• Work closely with engineering and suppliers to resolve complex problems to ensure on time delivery of critical material to support customers and company requirements.
• Manage merge in transit process and execute to supply chain strategies (material, inventory, capacity, recovery and etc) Daily/weekly updates to Lam stakeholders on delivery status from Remote Factories
• Monitor product cost preventing negative PPV and supporting cost reduction efforts
• Ensure supply chain and material readiness to support transition requirements (product and factory transitions)
• Process improvement to deploy & develop best known methods related to procurement, inventory control (e.g., JIT, Kanban, min/max) & manufacturing strategies
• Take on ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Immediate Supervisor Minimum
• 5 years related experience in Supply chain operation and planning management
• Excellent knowledge of logistics program management including previous experience working with supply chain and a thorough understanding of best practices.

SAP knowledge is a MUST Highly competent communicator who can successfully interact with cross functional teams, sponsors, management and business partners

• Proven ability to identify project objectives and project approach to achieve business needs Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint Some travel will be required (15% - 20%)
