Continuous Improvement Expert (Quality Engineering)

Job description

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities: Deliver training on Scientific Problem-Solving, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and related methodologies. Facilitate Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Circle, and other CI activities. Analyze operational and business data to identify improvement opportunities and performance gaps. Support project benefit validation and CI KPI tracking. Develop reports, dashboards, and management review materials.

Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and knowledge-sharing Lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and operational performance. Apply Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other structured problem-solving methodologies. Support teams in identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and sustaining results. Minimum +7 years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and related methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, training, and coaching skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal Experience developing automation or digital solutions using Python, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), or similar technologies.

Experience with Power BI, Minitab, or other analytical tools. Experience supporting Continuous Improvement digitalization and operational excellence initiatives. Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology industries.
