Leads the design, development, delivery, and operational management of the ServiceNow platform. Responsible for managing technical teams, governing platform architecture, ensuring solution quality, driving platform adoption, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives. Acts as the primary technical owner for ServiceNow products and integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and leadership teams.
Platform Leadership & Delivery Architecture & Governance ServiceNow Product & Module Ownership Team Leadership Stakeholder Management Overall 15+ years' Experience
- 12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience - IT Ops, Sec Ops & HRSD (Mandatory)
- 8+ years as a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect Experience managing large, global ServiceNow environments and multi-partner delivery models.
Experience with architecture reviews, platform standards, partner oversight, and technical debt reduction ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certified Technical Architect (CTA) ITIL v4 Certification
