Work schedule

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST Responsibilities

• Research websites to obtain backup as needed
• Identify issues and trends with assigned payers
• Ensure aged AR is handled according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of remittance
• Remain flexible to everchanging priorities

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year or more work experience Additional Job Standards accounts receivable, billing, office administration, data entry work experience Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Basic proficiency in Microsoft Access Application Window Closes: 10/7/2026 Pay Range: $ 17.75 - $21.00 per hour All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
