It's more than a job As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. You will be part of our Process + Systems team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence. How you create impact You will do this by working with a variety of stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives: To ensure all customer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) projects are completed successfully. To ensure successful delivery of system solution implementations + migration projects.

To collaborate with the production team to ensure all order systems are connected + end-to-end (E2E) tested with our transport management systems (TMS). To elevate customers understanding on EDI requirement via our customer solution teams. To ensure an order systems training strategy is in place to support identification of training needs + deliverance of end users training. To ensure alignment of processes + implementations of order systems with corporate strategy.

To act as focal point to identify gaps + feedback, test + communicate new features + bug fixes to the countries. To collaborate with the ISC team on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monitoring, data quality improvement + co-creation of action plans.
