In this customer-facing role, you'll partner closely with Sales and Operational Care teams while managing a portfolio of Sea Logistics customers. ‎ How you create impact In this customer-facing role, you will manage customer relationships, support account growth, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and operational collaboration.

Manage a portfolio of Sea Logistics customers and serve as their primary point of contact. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Partner with Sales and Operational Care teams to support customer growth and deliver service excellence. Support pricing requests, spot quotes, and customer profitability initiatives. Identify improvement opportunities, resolve customer concerns, and monitor account performance.

What we would like you to bring We are looking for a customer-focused professional with experience in freight forwarding and account management. Experience in freight forwarding, preferably within Sea Logistics. Strong customer relationship management and communication skills. Financial awareness and commercial acumen Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on customer success This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
