How you create impact Support customer implementations and SOP preparation. Coordinate shipment orders, quotations, status updates, and customer visibility through the TMS. Support billing, claims, and customs clearance when applicable. Participate in customer QBRs and follow up on customer requirements. Prepare shipment reports, presentations, and KPI reports. Ensure compliance with customer procedures, Finance credit policies, QSHE, and Security guidelines.

What we would like you to bring Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field. At least 1+ years of experience in international road transportation. Experience in Freight Forwarding, Customer Service, and Operations. Upper-Intermediate English proficiency. Service-oriented, organized, and results-driven. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
