As an LCL Operational Care Specialist , you will be part of the Operational Care team, ensuring operational excellence in less‑than‑container load (LCL) shipments. You will manage transport activities, coordinate with customer care specialists, and work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and cost‑effective logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment Management: Create and complete shipment details in transport management systems, coordinate with stakeholders, and organize transport in line with customer obligations.

Data Quality

Ensure high data accuracy for timely and reliable customer reporting.

Documentation

Review and align shipping instructions, clarifying deviations and ensuring compliance with regulations and routing requirements.

Cost & Revenue Control

Update costs/revenues promptly, maximize profit, and provide cost awareness to customer care locations.

Operational Efficiency

Optimize LCL shipments, monitor cargo status, and ensure accurate cost distribution.

Claims & Disputes

Support resolution of claims and disputes in collaboration with customer care teams.

Continuous Improvement

Analyze service delivery against SLAs, identify opportunities, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

Experience in freight forwarding , particularly in sea logistics and LCL operations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in transport management systems and MS Office tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Customer‑focused mindset with proven ability to deliver accurate, timely solutions.
