Your Responsibilities

Training and assistance to new team members Purchase to Pay full process knowledge, Invoice receiving, reviewing, booking. Supplier Statement reconciliation on a weekly/monthly/fort-nightly basis. Thorough understanding of PH Withholding Tax, VAT Liaison with Suppliers, external auditors, internal auditors for audit Statutory requirements, of payable process, collecting the Original receipt, Invoices etc. Support in preparation of schedule for internal and external audit.

Entering data of clients, accounts and making changes in the electronic database / KN application Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities with defined productivity.

Solving operational problems in the field of work Application of procedures and instructions (SOP) in the work Continuous work on professional development and improvement Your Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree related to Accounting At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a related field High level of organization and communication High level of motivation and discipline Leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to direct and optimize processes Advanced use of computers and MS office Good knowledge of KN operational processes and systems
