Law Intern

Job description

• Assist with drafting and reviewing national and international commercial contracts (sales, distribution, marketing, agency); Support with compliance activities (e.g., GDPR, anti-trust)
• Support corporate governance activities (e.g., minutes of Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings); Prepare legal research, memos, training materials and internal guidance
• Maintain legal archives and databases
• Track actions and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders Administrative support to Head of Legal Current bachelor's or master's enrolment in Dutch Law or a related field Dutch and English at B2-C1 level Strong Microsoft Office skills French is preferred but not required Relevant in-house or law-firm experience is an advantage
