Manage co-pack quality performance through structured governance and performance management. Collaborate with Procurement and cross-functional teams during co-pack selection and business continuity planning. Analyze co-pack performance trends and identify improvement opportunities. Support strategic sourcing initiatives from a quality perspective. Ensure effective management of supplier quality issues and improvement actions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of co-pack quality systems and processes.
