Group Lead, GBS - SCM Process Excellence (NA & LATAM)

Job description

Support the Digital transformation agenda for the zone, working with Global GBS Capabilities to prioritize adoption aligned to the 3-Year Roadmap Bachelor's (required) /Master's (Preferred) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering. 8+ years of SCM experience spanning both operational delivery and process transformation.

Experience working in GCC or regional roles similar to CoE. (Preferred) Experience leading/participating in Value Stream Mapping exercises

• Strong knowledge of Order management, S&OP, Logistics and Supply Chain principles Experience working across North America and/or LATAM markets
• Track record of driving process improvement
• Strong knowledge of SCM software and analytics tools
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and find effective solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- including engagement with senior leadership. Strong project management skills to lead multifunctional project teams. Focus on continuous improvement and driving operational excellence in supply planning. Establishing & Maintaining Positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
