Job description

• Must be at least
• 18 years old and have
• 1 year of manufacturing experience Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts alternating days and nights, including weekends
• Ability to work overtime as necessary Background in a manufacturing environment or technical background with electrical, mechanical, or automation experience
• Operate and maintain equipment in the area in a safe and efficient manner Read, follow, and update Job Task Analysis (JTAs) for work area
• Perform quality checks as required
• Ensure proper raw or packaging components are used based on product requirements Actively participate in the facility's safety compliance program
• Troubleshoots and resolves breakdowns Sustains responsibility for preventative maintenance and sanitation in the work area
• Ensures efficient operation of equipment
