Senior Legal Counsel

Job description

The Senior Legal Counsel, UK and Ireland will be a key business partner in the Kraft Heinz UK and Ireland Business Unit and will cover a variety of areas, including: General commercial contracts IP & brand law UK qualified with a minimum of 8+ years' post qualification experience as a commercial lawyer (IP, Consumer law, Competition law & ASA disputes experience desirable); Excellent legal education with top academic credentials and training in a leading law firm and/ or company; FMCG experience is desirable; Excellent legal judgment with the capacity to make decisions and give advice that reflects an understanding of overall business objectives and the risks/rewards of each situation; Strong business acumen; Strong research and drafting skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a non-legal audience, both orally and in writing; High curiosity with strong learning agility; Self-starter with the ability to work independently and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment that requires management of multiple projects simultaneously whilst also being a team player; Ability to build relationships, work collaboratively in a team, manage stakeholders and influence across all levels within the organisation; Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an as-needed basis.
