Site HR Business Partner - Worcester

Job description

Responsible for the full people scope on site for circa 55 FTE, this ranging from day-to-day ER cases and support all the way to strategic projects that impact the site as a whole and managing the change management piece.

Strategic

oUnderstand Business and Human Capital Strategy, define HR KPI's and components of the HR Strategy to the Factory. oAlign the Organizational Structure vs. Standard Structure. oDefine the Talent Management Strategy, develop and Implement the Rewards Plan oConsult individually and collectively on matters that require change, and in accordance with Union Plant Agreement Budget: oDevelop and own the Budget to the Calendar Year (AOP/ZBB) and control monthly. oOversee spend relating to people packages within area of control oTake decisions in partnership with manufacturing heads to minimize cost and ensure running portion as efficient as possible Recruitment & Selection oWork together with Central Talent Acquisition and support in recruitment and selection for the organization and establish Induction & On boarding strategies.

Learning and Development

oWorking alongside the L&D Specialist you will play a leading role in the learning and development strategy on site. oIdentify the development gaps of our employees, propose training solutions to close the gaps, and support business needs, through Skill Matrix and Functional Training Programs. oAs required, design and deliver programs that support the ongoing development of our employees Engagement oDetect the gaps in work environment, develop action plan to close these gaps, ensure affective communication and recognize/motivate our team.

Processes Involved

Ideas & Action Program, Communication Plan to all employees, People Steerings and exit interview (KPI's: Absenteeism and Turnover) Employee Services oEmployee Relations, Labour Relations, Employee Communications Management, Discipline and Grievance Management, Medical Capability etc. Council oNegotiation, Relationship with Council, Unions, etc. Continuous Improvement oImplement new projects (Global /Zone, Europe / Local) oStandardize the internal process in HR Department to be more effective (Rituals and Routines) oLead the People Pathways through KHMS oImprove Visual Management, digitalization of key people metrics Data Analysis o Identify trends and patterns via data driven metrics and available tools, to make sure people strategy and initiatives are targeted and in line with business objectives.

CIPD Level 5 required High standard of analytical capability
