Job description

Directly manage and develop a team of six materials planning professionals. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, commercialization, project management, or project-based manufacturing environments.

Proven leadership experience managing teams. Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, materials planning processes, commercialization routines, and launch-readiness requirements. Experience supporting new product introduction, renovation, packaging changes, product change management, or commercialization projects. Strong cross-functional project execution, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and changing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
