Job description

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production employees
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Train and develop team members
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as needed Address and resolve operational issues
• Maintain accurate records and prepare production reports
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision
