EHS Associate Manager

Job description

Coordinate and conduct field assessments of environmental issues to ensure operational activities are consistent with the needs of the organization and requirements of governmental regulatory agencies.

• Lead site-wide EHS policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives Oversee WWTP operations, compliance, maintenance, and reporting Develop SOPs for wastewater treatment, emergency response, and related activities
• Lead, coach, and develop EHS and WWTP teams
• Drive safety culture, training, and incident investigation across the site
• Manage contractor safety and permit-to-work compliance
• Ensure compliance with legal, ISO, and Kraft Heinz EHS standards
• Support crisis management, safety committees, and EHS business planning
• Monitor performance, maintain records, and drive cost and sustainability improvements
• Bachelor's degree in science, Agriculture, or Engineering NEBOSH certification Minimum
• 6 years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment, compliance, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 Experience in contractor safety, incident investigation, and continuous improvement Leadership and team development Communication and stakeholder management Planning, coordination, and follow-up Problem-solving and analytical thinking
