Cleaning and Sanitation Manager

Job description

Degree educated, ideally in Microbiology or sciences. Other degrees will be considered with significant experience in hygiene.

Experience within food industry or similar high risk environment

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, ability to talk to and involve personnel at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve, report information/findings, develops recommendations and implement changes.

Strong leadership with proven ability to gain strong results through a team. Self-starter with drive and initiative to meet and exceed demanding objectives. A degree of flexibility with working hours will be required to best support the site. This will include supporting the cleaning activity on a Friday afternoon and the factory start-up on a Monday.
