Manufacture the products

Pick and issue material for production order

• Following the instructions printed on the Production
• Order and PO information available in SAP, He/She is in charge of collecting all the material needed for completing his/her tasks (assembly and/or packing) as stated in Production
• Order or Warranty Claim List.

Execute Production

• He/She is in charge of producing the components according to the production drawings and/or daily schedule and/or Warranty Claim List communicated by the Production Supervisor using the available tools and programs prepared by the CAD CAM Office.

Confirm Production Order with back flush

• After having completed his/her tasks, He/She is in charge of confirming the work done using SAP or specific tools as Production Assistant. Tools used can vary locally.

Rework

• In case mistakes are found during the manufacturing process and they can be fixed without reengineering the products, He/She is responsible of completing the Production Order following the instructions provided.

Housekeeping

• He/She is responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of his/her workplace and for the good condition of the equipment he/she uses as defined separately
