Job Purpose

Provides customer support to mining operations and consultation to improve mining practice and internal support to sales/marketing initiatives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Plan Performance Assurance Address mine operational and planning issues where Modular Products and expertise apply. Develop PA activity plan with Customer Services Administrators and Technical team to increase benefits of Modular technology and services at Modular’s clients. Revise NPS surveys to better address performance issues and poor customer satisfaction through the Performance Assurance process. Develop study cases or success cases based on Performance Assurance activities and benefits for Modular customers.

• Deliver Performance Assurance
• Establish and develop a direct relationship with key Modular products users and stakeholders at Mine Operations including: Mine Manager, Superintendents, Planning Manager, Dispatch Administrator, Shift Supervisors, etc. through Performance Assurance activities and continuous follow up
• Deliver presentation to mine key stakeholders on mine performance assessment
• Assess MODULAR technology utilization on site through interviews and observations
• Perform root cause analysis to mine performance issues
• Communicate, execute in coordination with Customer Services, and follow up activity plan.

Follow up through KPIs performance improvements due to performance assurance process.

• Develop and communicate expertise in MODULAR Products Uncover potential sales opportunities and communicate them to Commercial Managers and Mining Services Manager Link corporate and regional performance assurance groups (Project Role)
• Ensure communications and alignment with corporate Performance Assurance group
• Collaborate with other MODULAR regions by sharing expertise and local resources

Required Skills

Mining Engineer or other related field 2 or more years of experience working directly with MODULAR products 2 or more years of experience in Mine Operations or Mine Planning Excellente written and verbal communication skills Ability to listen and understand employees and customers Advance English proficiency (oral and written) Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects Analytical and good knowledge in data analysis tools Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time Travel Requirements Komatsu is an Equal Opportunity Workplace and an Affirmative Action Employer.
