Channel, the Kia Europe department responsible for the Retail network, manages both strategic and operational activities with a strong cross-functional approach. The Senior Manager Dealer Profitability and Systems defines Kia Europe's strategic direction on dealer profitability and systems, ensuring their localization and implementation across countries. Key focus areas include maximizing dealer profitability and sustainability while safeguarding brand representation and customer satisfaction, and enhancing retail efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction through dealer-related systems.

As part of the Channel team, the Senior Manager also contributes to or leads all relevant Channel projects.
