"Analyze monthly incentive, monitor order trend after incentive changes and conduct variance analysis with incentive approval
- Analyze model profitability by trims, supervise profitability changes in consolidated level and conduct variance analysis with pricing approval
- Support finance reporting templates in various operational plan (BP, OP, QBR) to assess key financial assumptions in incentive and gross profit
Improve Quarterly Business
- Review reports co-working with sales counterpart
- Identify key subsidiaries’ incentive actions and classify them by action rationale "
