"Review and process dealer warranty claims according to KCA’s policies & procedures and within the expected timelines Review and approve Prior Work Authorization (PWA) requests from dealers as part of pre-work for future warranty claims. Communicate with dealers as needed, to ensure claims processed in a timely manner. Minister virtual 1:1 or small-group training sessions for dealers’ warranty admin staff."
