- 掌握業務通路數位工具，藉使用者訪談挖掘操作斷點並進行系統優化建議，確保工具符合使用者體驗。
- 分析業務通路數位指標發展狀況，擬定推動策略，以達成年度目標。
- 研究國內外主要同業數位發展趨勢，評估數位工具導入可行性。
資格條件
工作經驗：3年以上 語言條件(外語)：不拘 其他工作條件限制：
- 具有壽險工作經驗尤佳
- 具 備跨部門溝通能力，有數位工具導入經驗尤佳
- 工作態度認真,細心負責,配合度高 Education – Degree / Field of Study 學士/Bachelor Degree Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
