Job Description 工作職責
1.
商業分析
(1)以數據為本，發展商業解決方案，並發掘創新機會 (2)縱向與橫向溝通，確保方案確實執行 (3)根據觀察結果，持續提出改善建議 2.
貸款產品規劃
(1)
產品營運、績效管理 (2)銷售名單規劃與執行 (3)專案規劃與執行管理 需求條件
- 具產品行銷資料分析、銷售資料分析、業務績效分析等相關經驗(不限金融產品)
- 具相關統計分析軟體(SQL、SAS、R、Python)應用能力尤佳
- 具獨立作業、執行、研究、簡報能力，善於跨部門溝通協調
- 具有貸款產品、電話行銷通路管理、商業分析等相關經驗尤佳 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
