Job Description
- 規劃私人銀行業務發展策略，執行年度預算編列與營運成效追蹤。
- 制定業務人員績效目標與獎酬制度，辦理業績追蹤與營運數據分析。
- 建立並優化私人銀行業務制度、作業流程及管理規範。
- 協助推動跨平台業務合作及集團資源整合機制。
- 規劃建置並維護私人銀行營運管理系統。 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
