Job Description
- 負責法人/個人房貸客戶的開發與維護。
- 撰寫個人授信、財務評估等風險審查報告。
- 負責貸款申請案件的啟案申請。
- 執行貸款擔保品鑑價程序。
- 負責貸款產品的解說、推廣及業務開發。
- 負責貸款案件的申請作業聯繫及辦理。
- 進行簽約對保。
- 完成分行及個人房貸放款目標。
- 提供貸款相關的諮詢服務。 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
