Job Description
- 接聽客戶來電，協助解決問題，建立緊密客戶關係。
- 提供存、放款相關業務諮詢服務。
- 存、放交易及各項帳戶往來業務變更。
- 協助企業金融處推廣各項產品及專案。 【需求條件】
- 大學 ( 含 ) 以上畢。
- 具銀行存、放款或客戶服務相關經驗 2 年以上。
- 具備銀行內部控制與內部稽核、初階授信人員、初階外匯人員等證照尤佳。
- 具服務熱忱，團隊合作精神，配合度高。
- 本職缺需細心負責，善於溝通協調，抗壓性高。 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
