Job Description

• Screening of VC funds globally (including but not limited to North America and Europe) and subsequent underwriting of deals which can be in the form of fund commitments or co-investing into direct deals
• Conduct diligence
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Prepare IC memo
• Prepare cash flow model
• Work with legal counsel on review of legal documents
• Assist in all aspects of the investment process, including drafting investment recommendations, presenting to investment committees, obtaining internal approvals and closing documentation.

Portfolio management

• Liaise with VC managers and maintain dialogue on a regular basis to monitor fund and deal level performance
• Liaise with CDIB internal team on performance tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Work closely with deal team and VC managers on portfolio tracking
• Conduct valuation reviews and draft update reports on a regular basis
• Harvest and screen co-investment opportunities with VC funds
• Work with LPs and other sources of potential co-investors to conduct diligence on funds or direct investment opportunities 基本條件及能力要求:

學歷

• Bachelor's or Master degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields

工作經驗

• at least 2-3 years of experience in conducting venture capital related investments

• Financial Analysis and Communication Skills

相關證照

• MBA or CFA certification is a plus

語言能力 (language)

• Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
