Job Family 系統支援/Infrastructure Services Job Description 工作職責/需求條件說明
-‧小組人員與組織管理能力: 人員工作分派管理並發展訓練及技術提升規劃 -‧小組內控管理:因應內控管理要求(法遵/風管/稽核等)
制定標準規章並管理規範落實 -‧資訊基礎架構(IT Infrastructure)維運管理
監督管理軟硬體等資訊基礎環境維運品質, 包含監控, 備份, 系統紀錄, 權限管控等 -‧資訊基礎架構(IT Infrastructure)
專案規劃及執行督導 -‧資訊基礎架構(IT Infrastructure)與系統開發或使用單位溝通協調, 確認BCM需求並提供可符合SLA的服務品質 -‧須熟悉作業系統管理
包含安裝與建置, 限制存取及相關安全性設定, 帳號權限與群組管理, 弱點修補評估與執行等 -‧須熟悉系統服務品質管理: 包含監控與備份機制, BCM/BCP/DR等評估與運作機制 -‧須熟悉電子郵件管理機制及Microsoft Exchange產品 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 免打卡 (Taiwan)
