- 開發新客戶，增加客戶廣度，進而提升客戶對於本行推薦度與滿意度。
- 經營全行100萬以下資產(AUM)之潛力客戶，促成Mass客戶升等為本行財富管理客戶，達成各項財務及非財務目標。
- 完成團隊及個人業務目標(CIF/AUM)及手收轉介目標。 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
