Job Family 投資銀行/Investment Banking Job Description 工作內容
- 上市(櫃)案件輔導作業之整體規劃與諮詢
- 執行定期輔導作業及編製查核工作底稿
- 發現並解決承銷案件送件前較具爭議性及潛在之問題
- 準備上市(櫃)送件相關文件及撰寫承銷商評估報告書
- 準備籌資案件申報相關文件及撰寫承銷商評估報告書
與主管機關進行案件溝通與協調 職務資格條件
- 具承銷輔導或會計師事務所相關工作經驗二年
- 具備會計師、證券分析人員等相關證照者尤佳
- 大學以上金融/會計相關科系畢業
- 英文能力佳 Education – Degree / Field of Study 學士/Bachelor Degree (Required) Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) (Taiwan)
