- 負責Hunter Team的日常運營，確保團隊成員透過各項獲客活動舉辦開發全新潛力客戶，進行業務開發及推廣。
- 定期評估團隊成員的工作表現，提供反饋和建議，達成各項客戶開發業務目標
- 為團隊成員提供培訓和發展機會，提升他們的專業技能和業務能力。
