Job Description
- 擔任專案課程專屬輔導員，協助各項問題解決與績效輔導關心，提升新人定著率。
- 擔任證照考試(三照：公會/外幣/投資型)授課講師。
- 各項訓練班別或活動舉辦，包含課前、課中與課後行政事務。
- 協助各項法令培訓的授課與完訓追蹤。 專業能力要求
- 專業能力~能確實、熟練及精確無誤地執行各項訓練事務
- 運用知識及能力達成任務並解決問題
- 學習能力~配合工作需求，找出並參與適當的學習領域
- 積極主動~主動從事自我發展；嘗試更輕鬆、更有效率的工作方式 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
