Responsibilities

Develop and apply AI/ML solutions to support supply chain planning, inventory optimisation, backlog intelligence, revenue management, and operational decision-making. Explore and implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and emerging AI technologies for business applications. Participate in digitalisation initiatives, transforming processes into scalable, data-driven, and intelligent solutions. Design and implement automation solutions, including workflow automation, system integration, and process orchestration, to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Analyse business data to identify risks, opportunities, trends, and actionable insights that drive business outcomes. Evaluate new technologies, AI tools, and digital platforms through proof-of-concepts, innovation projects, and pilot deployments. Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable digital, automation, and AI solutions. Support the adoption of AI-driven and data-driven decision-making across planning, operations, and supply chain functions.

Establish best practices, governance, and continuous improvement frameworks for AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, business analytics, digital transformation, automation, or AI/ML-related roles. Experience delivering data-driven solutions, digitalisation initiatives, and process automation projects. Proven track record in identifying business opportunities and translating them into scalable technology solutions. Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
