Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality standards, systems, and control processes to ensure consistent product and operational excellence. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet defined quality specifications and industry standards. Partner with operations teams to implement effective quality controls and drive continuous process improvements.

Ensure workflows, manufacturing processes, and products comply with applicable safety, regulatory, and operational requirements. Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues, performing root-cause analysis to identify underlying factors. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns and improve overall performance. Review technical specifications and process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with quality standards.

Ensure products and processes consistently meet organizational, customer, and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 2 - 4 years relevant experienc e for entry to this level. Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job. Careers Privacy Statement *Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer. *
