Responsibilities

Available for working extended periods on-site in Calabasas, CA Develop state-of-the-art IP test products

• Design mechanical and thermal system solutions Simulate and design thermal solutions
• Validate designs, build and test prototypes
• Collaborate in an open team environment Qualifications BS degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering with 6+ years relevant experience required
• Proven track record in product development from concept to production
• Strong design skills, analytical problem solving and attention to detail Experience designing complex electro-mechanical systems & thermal management solutions including liquid cooling
• Knowledge of sheet metal, machined parts, plastic and extrusion fabrication methods Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SolidWorks; familiar with ANSI drafting standards
• Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work in small teams required Competent with hand and bench tools Experience with SolidWorks Flow Simulation a plus
• Knowledge of networking/data center equipment a plus

California pay range
