Responsibilities

This role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion. Support end-to-end recruitment activities from candidate sourcing through onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent requirements. Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.

Support salary proposal preparation, offer discussions, and offer extensions with candidates. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support recruitment activities, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives. Foster positive candidate experience through effective communication and stakeholder collaboration. Support recruitment process improvement and other talent acquisition projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR are encouraged to apply. Internship experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, proactive and willingness to learn. Strong interest in AI, technology, and data-driven recruitment practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
