Responsibilities

• Provides technical expertise to develop and deliver consulting custom-solutions based on Keysight products, software, and services, with a primary focus on pre-sales activities.
• Partners with the sales organization to achieve business objectives by identifying customer needs, developing technical strategies, and supporting opportunity creation and account planning.
• Participates throughout the sales process, from opportunity qualification and solution development to proposal, technical validation, and deal closure, taking ownership of the technical win.
• Analyzes customer requirements and recommends appropriate test, measurement, and system-level solutions for aerospace and defense applications, including radar, electronic warfare, communication, and RF/microwave systems.
• Plans and delivers technical presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities that clearly communicate Keysight’s differentiated value and enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.
• Maintains strong knowledge of competitive technologies and market trends and translates Keysight’s technical advantages into customer-relevant specifications, value propositions, and competitive strategies.
• Acts as the voice of the customer and collaborates with product divisions, application experts, sales, and other internal organizations to influence product direction and develop solutions that address current and future customer needs.
• Solves complex customer and system-level technical challenges and issues

We are looking for a customer-focused technical professional who can translate complex Aerospace & Defense system requirements into differentiated test and measurement solutions and drive technical wins in collaboration with sales and global teams.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Work location

Seoul, Korea, with domestic travel to customer sites as required.

Prior experience required

Have minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in RF/microwave engineering, aerospace and defense systems, test and measurement, application engineering, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience in RF and microwave component, subsystem, or system-level testing using relevant test and measurement equipment.
• Experience in the design, integration, verification, or testing of aerospace and defense applications, such as radar, electronic warfare, military communications, space, or satellite systems
• Programming and test automation experience using Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or similar languages and tools.
