Finance & Business Management Senior Associate

As a Finance & Business Management Associate in the Business Management team, you will support strategic initiatives, business analysis, executive communications, and project delivery across the organization . You will partner with stakeholders to develop presentations, support business decision-making, coordinate key activities, and help drive process improvements. You will also support business risk management and contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
• Organize complex information into strategic and compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel and PowerPoint techniques
• Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Communicate with business partners to understand project objectives, drive next steps, and support execution Project manage and deliver key workstreams, initiatives, and business priorities
• Identify business risks and support the implementation of mitigating controls
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, leadership meetings, and strategy sessions
• Maintain internal resources, documentation, and collaboration sites, including SharePoint
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and enhance existing business processes Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field Experience in Business Management, Chief Operating Office, or a related role Experience developing presentations, reporting, and executive communications for a variety of stakeholders Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and functions
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills Experience presenting complex information in a clear and compelling manner
• Ability to articulate rationale for design, reporting, and presentation decisions
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
